Kathmandu:Commerce officers of Nepal and India are starting a bilateral assembly in New Delhi on Thursday in a bid to revise the present Treaty of Trade and Commerce.

Nepali officials say they will foyer for the involvement of massive scale traders from the southern neighbour in Nepali industries at some point of the meeting.
